Need a house for around 2 Crore

My uncle wants to buy a house in Lalitpur area. His budget is approx 2 Crore. Any real estate fellows here?

Well you wont be getting much inside the Ringroad but Imadol Godavari side might get your uncle a decent 4 anna land with a two storey house . Let me know the area he prefers and I can get back to you
