Should I register a company now or after July 15th?

I want to register my tech startup in Kathmandu but my friends tell me do it after this fiscal year ends on July 15th? Should I wait for another 3 months or just go ahead? Is it for audit reasons or more?

You can register anytim. Normally we wait after end of fiscal year because we dont want to get into hassle of audit for just few months

can somebody clarify that if my tech company makes profit from outsourcing then I only pay 1% income tax or is it more?
